44 Graduates. One Belief

44 graduates. 19 providers. The New Zealand Diploma in Whānau Ora (Level 5) and every bit of mahi it took to get there.

This cohort didn't do it with empty schedules and clear calendars. They did it with full lives, full caseloads, and communities counting on them. Sitting in classrooms and on Zoom calls after long days spent doing the very work they were studying.

That kind of commitment doesn't come from obligation. It comes from belief. Belief in the kaupapa, in their communities, in the idea that being better at this work matters, because the whānau on the other side of it deserve nothing less.

Our Valedictorian, Frances Lomas-Horomia (Waiouru, Ngāti Rangi) of Ngā Waihua o Paerangi Trust, didn't just complete this programme, she led it from the front. Her excellence lifts everyone around her, and we're honoured to have witnessed it.

Class of 2025, the future of Whānau Ora is in your hands. We couldn't feel better about that
